Valencia Dental Group

I am tired of having to challenge the benefits coordinator almost every time I am quoted a crown or root canal. HR reports to me in the corporation where I work so I am very familiar with our medical and dental coverage. There should be a level of trust between the consumer and the dental office. Instead I am over-quoted for most of the services and then have to call the insurance company for verification and subsequently argue the point with the dental benefits benefits coordinator. Is this a training or retraining issue?

I love my dentist. Makes me feel comfortable and that I am in good hands. Time wise, wish I didn't have to be there longer than necessary for each appointment but that has nothing to do with my dentist. Just everyone else. I recommend my dentist to everyone.

Everyone was very nice. I felt like I was in good hands with the staff. I was very impressed by all the new technology that they had to offer there patience. They all went out of there way to make sure I felt comfortable while have my procedure done. The office is very nicely decorated and kept very clean. I enjoyed having coffee in the lobby and picking a movie to watching while in the exam room. I would highly recommend Valencia Dental Group. I CAN SAY WITH A GREAT SMILE!!!

The whole staff is amazing. They're all so friendly. It makes me not mind going to the dentist now. WESTERN DENTAL SUCKS!

Even though the hygenist was out sick, the dentist did my cleaning and filling as scheduled. This was nice as I had taken time off work and did not wan to have to reschedule.

Not sure what happened. My appointment was for 2:00 pm. Got Xrays done, it was Aldo, he was great, then I waited over an hour to see the dentist who looked me over thoroughly. He was also fantastic, very cordial, took time to introduce himself and talk personally. Then another VERY long waiting period, it was after 4:00, receptionist came in and asked me, "you're still here?" I asked if we needed to reschedule my cleaning. She said she'd check. The hygenist came in very apologetic and got to work. He was very very good and efficient as well. In the end, I was happy as I usually am with your excellent staff, but three hours in the office was an hour too long. I realize that sometimes waiting is a necessary process but this seemed excessive.

My last visit was to get an inlay cad/cam treatment .The process had a few hic-ups with took longer then explained .The insert had to be made twice however my dentist Dr Penry and her assistant did the best they could with the situation .I was told to expect 4 to 5 days of tenderness and mine tooth hurt quite a bit for 2 weeks and still feels sensative since the procedure .I have been back to have it checked and they says all is well .I am not sure I like this type of repair due to the fact that my tooth was never this sensative before .I am do to have an overlay on another tooth and at this time I'm not sure I want to . I do find that the overall office and people that work there are very professional and it is a nice office .I will be returning for all claenngs and check-ups I just have to think carefully about the cad]cam treatment .Kate

I was booked for 2 hour to clean upper and lower quadrants and laser to all and this was done in about an hour. I felt my teeth e Were probably not as bad as projected? Overall care was excellent and I added on a mouth guard and it was accommodated without delay. Thank you!

Dr. Penry was absolutely phenomenal. She took so much time to talk me through what to expect. At the end of my visit, I was extremely pleased with the result. Her dental assistant, Luis, was also amazing. They both made me feel very comfortable.

i thought i was getting a check up and cleaning, but when i made my appt they didnt schedule any time for the hygenist to see me, so now i have to have a 2nd appt....slightly inconvenient

I was very satisfied with the office and personnel at Valencia Dental Group. Much better that where I came from. From start to finish I felt that my needs were taken care of. I was especially pleased with the explanation of the procedure. Everything was very up front and I am currently trying to switch to this dental group. Couldn't be happier. Thank you so much.

I had complained about this tooth a few times and although it was frustrating to have the onlay come out, I am glad it did! Now it is properly fixed and fits well. Thank you!

The dentists are efficient and knowledgeable.

Hygienist Claudia La Flor is very professional and personable at the same time. It was a pleasant experience getting my teeth cleaned. Much better than Makabi? who I saw last time who I did not like

It was my first visit.Frankly, I do not know yet the extent of my dental insurance coverage.I do not know if teeth extraction (pulling out) is fully covered or not. I would like to know. I like your place; Very neat, clean, orderly. I was attended to even without appointment when I informed that I was in pain and have swelling gums. Very satisfactory. For one like me who is presently unemployed, of coure we expect and hope for low/considerate/compassionate/reduced costs. Thanks a lot.

I was thoroughly impressed with my visit. I was pleased with the use of technology and the availability of procedures that are new (laser). I was happy to be treated in such friendly manner by the whole team. The office is gorgeous. Dr. Park was a delight. He is so efficient, knowledgeable, and informative. My experience was of A+++ quality!

No one told me about the nitrous option, until I mentioned something about going to sleep, to the hygenist, just as she was about to begin. I still haven't heard anything about irrigation vs. laser?????

I have been having a pain in my tooth and was told there is nothing the detist can do and my onlay is fine. If that's the case, it's fine but if down the road I have more issues, I am not going to be happy. The onlay for that tooth is rather large and I fear losing the tooth if anything happens. And I have already spent a pretty penny to have my teeth worked on at this office. Hopefully when Dr. Park is back from vacation, he can exam it again and make it more comfortable since I can feel the onlay now on the tooth (I couldn't before).

my experience with office staff and dentist was good, my appointment times to be coordinated with my husbands appointment time was a little skewed but understandable for the amount of staff working at office, overall we were satisfied.

I just switched from your other Valencia Dental office and I am very glad I did. At the other office they were constantly trying to push me to do treatments like braces and teeth whitening....I also would always wait at leat 30 minutes in the waiting room and then another 30 minutes in the office waiting for some one. My experience at you office was amazing I was in and out of there in less then a hour and was never pressured into anything.
