Called around closing time and explained my emergency situation. Receptionist was very friendly and concerned. She squeezed me in even though it was near closing time which I thought was very cool. No one gave me the "I should be off work by now" treatment which shows that this office cares about its patients. Even though it was the middle of the week, everyone was smiling which made me feel at ease. Very satisfied with their service, would recommend to a lot of people.

Although I'm extremely sensitive to the treatments, when I'm in pain Dr. Pham always stops and never tells me "this doesn't hurt." It is the first place that actually treats me like an individual and I know that my coworker enjoys going there, too. The receptionists and assistants are very nice, too, which is really hard to come by.

This appointment was for my 4 year old daughter. She is used to seeing her regular dentist but did not see her this visit. I thought that they could have let us know that she would be seeing a different dentist. Kids get used to a certain person and sometimes that makes all the difference. Although Dr. Chen didn't see us, Dr. Lin was nice and informative.

This is the 3rd time we have been in and it seems there is excessive lag time between the steps/procedures. A 5:30 cleaning appointment should not take more than 1 hour. My dental office in Newhall does a cleaning in 20 minutes. Other than the wait with an inpatient teenager, the staff is exceptional.

It shouldn't take an hour and a half from entering and leaving the office. I was there on time, and had the first appointment of the day, yet I waited 15 minutes to be taken for xrays, then waited an additional 20 minutes for the dentist once I was in the exam chair.
