I think this place is great. I just had my first root canal and it wasn't nearly as scary as I made it in my head. Didn't hurt at all. They got me in quickly and explained everything they were doing before the did it so that there was no surprises. It's also affordable to me wich is a huge plus. I will definitely keep going here.

I appreciate the individual care I receive at Main Street Dental. They respect my desire for need based dental care; I do not feel pressed to accept care beyond my financial ability, and yet I feel I am receving quality care

My only concern was the hygentist that did the final polish and floss was not that experienced. The floss was heavy..which she commented on but didn't change it, I do have some crowns that are a very tight fit. Also she paid no attention to cleaning under my bridge (which I didn't realize until later).

This is the first Dental office I have visited in years that I was happy with. In particular, Doctor Khalil and the Hygienist went above and beyond to provide me the best treatment. Everyone was knowledgeable, took their time and made sure I understood my options. No one pressured me to do more than my finances could bear - in fact they worked very hard for me to get the treatment I needed without any 'hard sell' from the Lady who spoke to me about costs. Just a great team - thanks so much!

I liked having the procedures explained to me and appreciated the professionalism of the dentist, hygienist, assistant, and entire staff. I have and will continue to refer friends and colleagues to Main Street Dental Group in Ventura.

The dentist I made an appointment with was changed, but the receptionist was able to accomdate my original choice. This might have bee the reason for needing to wait

My visit to the office went well ... every employee which I came in contact with ( 8 people overall ) did the ir best to make feel at ease since I do have a fear. Office look great in cleanliness and updated in technology.

Everything as far as care and quality was there, however i spent two hours in the office, with only about 40 minutes of procedures being done. the doctor stated when he finaly came in that they booked him 4 patients at the same time. My time is valuable and i felt that the efficiency of the office needed to be better.

My tongue is sore because of the continuous suction. Otherwise I have no pain. Everyone was very helpful. My mouth feels normal, which is unusual after dental work.

Visit was on an emergency basis and therefore did not spend time on a treatment plan. An appointment has been set for the initial cleaning and development of a treatment plan.

The receptionist (Veronica) is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable right away. The rest of the staff is very sensitive to patient's immediate needs. I was a little leary about coming to this office but have been made to feel comfortable and not so afraid. I have two friends that I will be referring.

I have to say this was the best dental office visit I've ever had. The energy in the office was very positive, everyone was helpful and friendly, Dr. Guinn was super friendly and accommodating. I'm super grateful. :^)

Best dental experience ever. Dr. Saini was the only dentist ever to give me an injection without pain. You should feel very lucky you have her on your staff. But where is her name on your website and the door of the office?

After saying what a wonderful experience she had at your office during her recent visit, my wife insisted that I also come in for a check-up. Your professional office and medical staff was exceptional. Everything was explained to me in the clearest possible terms and everyone I came into contact with was polite, efficient, well-informed and acted in the most professional manner. I especially want to compliment the dentist who saw me that day, Dr. Sabrina Pollack. Not only was she warm and engaging, but her "chair-side" manner was exceptional and she handled my exam with the utmost care. She was more than willing to explain all the nuances and details of my dental situation while also taking genuine interest in my many questions and desire to know more about good dental hygiene. My hygienist and the person who performed my x-rays were top notch as well. An excellent experience!

I was very impressed with your office and staff. My only complaint is that I had to wait almost half an hour, when the receptionist told me it would be another 15 minutes so I left and came back. Since I had to take off work early and I live in Ojai this was inconvenient. Other than that, the staff was great, I love your high-tech equipment and procedures, and I was very satisfied with the care I received.

Happy that I bought the Groupon for dental treatment. Am somewhat ambivalent about seeking dental work, in that I haven't had much need for it. Nor do I like being irradiated. But, being a licensed and certified massage therapist dba BuenaVentura Massage, with an office in downtown Ventura, it's important to represent good hygiene, including dental.

From the moment I made the appointment to after the Novocain wore off, the experience was professional, relaxing and enjoyable as a dental procedure could be. From the welcome email and friendly and excellent staff to the wonderful dentist, Sabrina Pollock, who's first priority was to listen and understand my needs, educating me step by step through my treatment options. She helped me make the best choices, but most of all feel comfortable about the choices I made. The 5 star treatment combined with the advanced technology and warm staff put me at ease while my smile was restored to optimum beauty and health.

I was impressed with the staff and the treatment. I think your clinic is well equipped with the latest dental tools. I feel the cleaning on my teeth was not done thoroughly. It seemed awkward that the hygenist was having to handle the suction tube in one hand while he cleaned my teeth with the other hand. Everything else was excellent. I like you staff!

I could have asked about the long wait - and gone to do something in the same shopping strip during that time; I would have felt better about the long wait. Or the receptionist could have given me updates re: how long it was expected to be - that helps, too.

I have a great deal of anxiety going to the dentist. I've always been put at ease by all the staff and that is what keeps me going back. And the fact that all the dentists and specialists are great too!!!!!

I saw Dr. Guinn and I am really happy. He took the realistic approach and scheduled me for surgery today, just 3 days later. I have a very bad dental situation and I am very insecure about it. Dr. Guinn is very realistic and never made me feel uncomfortable and the surgeon didnt either. That makes an incredible difference. I got to this point because of judgemental money hungry dentists. I have good insurance now but it was nice to come across a realistic dentist. I had 4 teeth pulled while awake only being numbed and felt nothing. I walked out better than I walked in...thats hard to beat! I am very thankful!

Very satisfied with the people friendly atmosphere. I felt like I received my "monies worth" of treatment and quality of effort from the staff, ie dental hygentist, dental assistant, x-ray person, receptionist, who were fantastic people. I was somewhat uncomfortable with Dr. Guinn's mostly overt reaction to my choice of treatment. Yes, it is easy for someone to recommend an option, but to minimize the treatment choice, even if in a tounge-in-cheek fashion, where the patient eventually chooses one (which may not be the most costly or most advocated) evokes a sense of awkwardness and uneasiness. But aside from that aspect of interaction with the dentist, it was an overall outstanding experience.

Under the terms of a National Science Foundation award recently secured by our research-based educational organization, I will be covered under a new insurance policy - effective in May. This will allow me to have a treatment plan for long term dental care. The new dental plan will be under Kaiser - Delta Care HMO (10A). I am not yet sure if this plan will allow me to continue as a patient at Main Street Dental. For now, I am very satisfied with the emergency restorative treatment I have received thus far (new veneer for broken front tooth).

Hello,I had an appointment on 3-25-11. My sitter was out of town and had no choice but to take him. I did not know how my 2 yeard old would behave, but with the help of your staff my son was well behaved. They made him feel comfortable. I know staff is not there to look out for children, but they took the time to look out for him. Thank you very much for the staff's professionalism and the extra time they took for my son.

I received the best dental cleaning in my life! Enjoyed the entire experience! I have recommended this office to my family and friends. All employee's deserve a pay increase at this office, The entire staff made going to the Dentist a fun and enjoyable experience with is not an easy feat.

I will be back on Monday to fully understand my dental plan. I had an overall great experience with you. There was a comment or two made by the girl who cleaned my teeth, that I thought were inappropriate in the way she came across.
