Couple of things: While I find each of the dentists I have visited to be quite professional and skilled, I would really prefer to see the same dentist each time. Even though when making my appointment, it sounds as though I will see the same dentist, I get to meet a new dentist each time I come. Like I said, they all have been excellent quality-wise but having different dentists each time gives way to inconsistent treatment approaches. Second thing: I would recommend some repairs/replacement to some of the dentistry equipment at this office. On two instances, I heard the staff indicate that the suction/water machine was not working well and I had to move rooms because the equipment was not working at all in one of the rooms. Fully functional support equipment will ensure that treatments are performed quickly and easily for both the patient and the staff.

The overall treatment of my visit was very disappointing I have very good reviews from family and can only hope that you will live up to those reviews.

Truly outstanding service provided by Leticia, Antonia, and Melany. Never been treated better. Those three ladies made the differece for me and my wife. Thank you

With the exception of a DA by the name of Albert, I am satisfied. Albert came in to my exam room spoke to Yvette in a very condesending tone regarding covering of a computer key board (that he could have covered himself. Albert also acts like a child, while I was waiting to be called to an exam room he contiued to PLAY with a stuffed animal on the counter. I will change my plan and go to another office if Albert is ever assigned as my dental assistant. He is very annoying and child like. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

This was the first time we had work done by Yvette and her staff. And WOW! What an amazing big difference, and great experience it was this time around with Yvette and her staff. Not only were they patient, caring, and very thorough in the work that my husband,son and I had done. I really appreciated how everything was thoroughly explained, and all the questions and concerns I had were answered and adressed.Plus I had no discomforts,or any pain whatsoever. And I was so happy with the work, and the way my teeth felt after I left the office. No complaints at all whatsoever/ And Just told my best friend to try your office out, and to make sure that she asks for Yvette, when she calls in for an appointment.We Just Cant Say enough good things, About Yvette and her staff. Thank You so much!!!

Everybody has amazing patient care service. They made me feel comfortable and helped me discover an issue that Western Dental's horrible offices and awful doctors didn't. Thank You for being a great staff and having outstanding doctors.

This was some 3 year old's first dentist visit and it couldn't have gone any better. Albert was so good with my son and made him feel comfortable to where I don't think I will have to actually sit in the same seat with hime during his next visit.

This most recent visit was one of the best I've ever had at this office. I was impressed with my dentist and the care I recieved. I have a temporary crown on for now and experienced no pain during or after this prceedure. Thank you very much.

I was very pleased with the care my daughter received.

Dental assistant needs to be a little more gentle with the suction and quicker on getting items needed for treatment so the patient isn't sitting with their mouth open forever waiting.

I was told I had an appointment for both xray and cleaning. I even waited several months for the appointment to get them both together. When I got there, I found out that it was only for the xray and the hygenist wasn't even there. Not happy about having to make a second appointment especially since I waited for 3 months for this appointment.

very satisfied with the new dentist that has been there just a few months now. He was very thorough in explaining things to me and to my children. He has a very friendly personality.

My major concern is the cost of services. I was very satisfied with my R/P cleaning. Jasmine and Antonia were great. I felt the cost was higher than I have paid in the past. I will find out in a month how sucessfull the treatment was.

My mother and I have been patients at this office for many years and are completely satisfied with our treatment. We really can't say enough about the staff, especially Dr. Jeremy Hoff and his assistant Albert. Both men acted professionally, couteously, and kindly. My mother has Parkinson's disease and for her to endure a dental visit at times can be taxing. Both men made it very convenient and comfortable. Outstanding job! thank you so much.

What I didnt like was that the assistant had told me that ther was time to get my teeth clean and then the lady of the benifits told her that I should schedule an appointment. I do not have time to keep going back its hard for me to try to even keep an appointment. I have 2 kids that need my attention ,i do not have anybody to take care of them for me. The assistant had asked for my teeth to be clean. she said I was next . It makes no sense, But if that happens again i will change office. I'm sorry but I dont have the time to keep going back i rather get as much as I can when I can. Thank you

I felt very comfortable with the entire staff.

The staff was great. I am vey pleased with the whole experience.My children wife and myself will not hink twice to recommend friends and family and for the first time I can say that I look forward to my next visit. The whole staff was friendly and very patient with me(lol) May the Lord Jesus bless the facility.
