Enjoyed my visit! people were super nice and really cared about my teeth! Im proud to call vista dental my dental office!:D

I only had my initial consultation, so I could not rate all of the questions.

Dr. Pannu made a what could have been a stressful treatment a positive experience--I appreciated her concern for my comfort during the procedure. She was even able to anesthetize the area without causing bruising to the surrounding areas.(In the past, I've experienced more pain from the bruising of the areas exterior to the procedures done!) Sue and Rodrigo also provided excellent service. Sue was very friendly and informative, and made the dental xray portion of the visit pleasant and calming. Rodrigo was also very friendly and did a great job in doing the molding for the crown and the temporary covering. (I had a negative experience elsewhere, where the person who did the same procedures managed to coat other teeth with the temporary materials!)

Was very impressed that the manager (Chip Rawlings) was able to select a treatment, a plan, and the right office in your network that would work with my insurance provider and the terms that they offered. Though you have a facility closer to my home, they were not willing to work with my insurance company. Mr Rawlings found the office that would (work with my insurance). It was well worth the drive as the Vista Dental group was extremly fast, friendly and concerned that my expereince was a good one. Dr. Do was very sensitive to my fear of pain. He did a great job. They have exceeded my expectations, and will be highly recommended. It feels great to be able to smile again.

The entire staff was cheerful and friendly. I was well taken care of from the moment I entered the office until I left.

Dr. Do, Chip and the whole team are the reason me and my family keep coming back! Their great attention to detail, friendliness and cost of service are excellent - especially through these rough financial times! Thank you Vista Dental Group :)

I loved the hygenist! She was personable and supportive, as opposed to negative and abrasive. I liked her much better than the regular one I have seen in this office. I know she was a temp but wish she would stay--

I was very impressed with the dental office and the entire staff. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. I feel very comfortable with this dental office.

I requested an app't via the website, but did not specify what type of app't. Needed a cleaning, but only got an exam w/dentist. I didn't realize the two occurred separately, and wish this would have been clarified.

The technology used was impressive. I liked that the dentist didn't try to 'sell' me on expensive dental procedures. The whole visit was great!

My first experience with Vista Dental Group has been a positive one. I will continue my treatment plan with hopes that it will be the same. Dr. Do, Chip and the rest of the staff are always wonderful at coordinating my dental care! From the regular 6 month checkups, the emergency wisdom teeth issues, to getting me started with orthodontic care. I always refer my friends to Vista Dental Group!!

It is also quite close to my work which makes it easier for me to schedule appointment times that fit with my work schedule.

Some of your questions (such as above) do not have enough answers (I would have said "yes, my long term plan is clear, but I have not started it yet"). Also, I wanted to be with my son during his exam, so I could understand his results. However, I was taken into another exam room, and never given the option of being with him. I could have requested this, however, I didn't understand what was happening, what part of the exam we were in, so I missed it and am very disappointed. Otherwise, my vist was satisfactory.

Dr. Do was recommended by family members. He and his staff were wonderful and accommodated my needs as I had to come in a wheelchair.

Very satisfied infact it is the first time I didn't feel the pain during a tooth filling. I have had laser and felt everything. Good dentist knows what she is doing

The office environment was comfortable and I appreciated the food collection for No Cty Solutions for Change.

I had an onlay placed on tooth number 20. Dr. Do was extremely efficiant, kind and made me feel like I was in good hands. I have referred several other military wives and families to his practice.

some updates of the office appearance, paint in xray room etc. could be good, toilet in mens bathroom was in need of some attention, thought it was weird that someone who puts their hand in someones mouth had chipped nail polish

I was initially nervous about visiting this office because I had read many negative comments online. However, as soon as I arrived I was put at ease and as the visit progressed, I felt more and more certain that I was in good hands. I'm still quite sore this morning, but the Rx is helping with that. Looking forward to finishing up the treatment on Friday. Thank you everyone for an excellent job.
