Dr. Sako is great..... I feel like I visiting a friend. Assistants are wonderful also. Receptionist at exit counter was a bit chilly, but overall, this is the happiest and most satisfied I have ever been with a dental office. Bravo!

I was treated very well during my visit from start to finish The Receptionist and staff all treated me with the individual attention that made me feel very welcome and important as a patient in their care.

I like the office but dislike the sign without reading process you use and all the form language that often is no applicable to the treatment I am getting. It makes me uncomfortable to have to sign things I cannot read and to sign very broad authorizations that are not applicable. I also struggle at times to tell when you are telling me what I really need and when you are selling me something I may not need or that could be achieved at a lower cost.

Your office is the best I've been to and since I am almost 55 years old that is saying a lot! Thank you for taking such good care of us and treating us like people and not sheep.

I was very pleased with everyone at Platt Village. It was my first visit and it felt like I've been going for years. I'm very pleased with the service and follow ups I'll be having in the near future with my dentist and team.

I'm hoping one of the crowns I had put in on 12/30/11 will be OK as it doesn't seem to be the right size, but I'm going to see how it feels after Dr. Simonian ground it down some. My husband and I are so glad that Scott is no longer there. Lulu did a great job helping with a refund on a recent visit; that would have taken more than a year with Scott. I like your staff and it's good to see the same people working there. Having everything computerized is a plus! So glad you are close by!

All are great professionas.

Lack of sensitivity for patient's time. Sat for 55 minutes after appointment before I was in the chair.

Not really a fan of rinsing and spitting in a sink used by other patients.

DR. SIMONIAN AND THE ENTIRE STAFF WERE COMPETENT, PATIENT AND FRIENDLY.

Everything was great, except that they kept my daughter waiting in the exam room for 25 mins.

As anxious as I am going to the dentist, this office always makes me feel so comfortable once I get there.

Dr. A is fantastic, so sweet to every member of our family. I truly feel like she cares about our health, not just trying to make money like so many other dentists. My kids both come to the dentist with ease because she makes it so effortless. All other staff members are caring and attentive. The entire office is a pleasure to work with. Happy holidays!

Waited a while before receptionist came to the counter other than that everything was very easy, friendly and professional. Level of comfort was offered instantly which made a great impact on me sine I was a bit nervous. Overall experience is very nice.

It's been 3 years since coming back to the office. I am very impressed with the overall service and want to "thank" Robert an LULU (Sorry about the spelling) for the extra care and explanation for the my family's treatment. Only comment is I would have preferred to have Dr. Simonian spend a little more time and show me the kids x-rays. I felt a little rushed.

Dr Simonian IS THE BESTESTSESTEST!!!!! She makes any office great!

Facial mask put on during root canal was not explain just put on. Made me feel uncomfortable and unable to breath.

Have you considered name badges? I never know who the person is doing the x-rays, cleaning, etc. At least the dentists could have their names put on their lab coats. I would make the office look more professional and help someone like me who has a complete inability to remember names.

After my experiences with my last dentist and her staff, dealing with Dr. Sako Karakozian and staff, has been a breath of fresh air in both professionalism and expertise. By the way, I was surprised to hear that this office does not have Saturday hours. I wonder why that is.

Dr. M. Abdalla is the reason I can go to the dentist. She has worked with my fear & stress of going into the dental chair with stride & patience. She is a true Doctor, she cares about her practice & every person she sees. I was in such fear before meeting her from being hurt by a dentist in the past & she has been there for me through all my worry & has now got me so comfortable that my treatment plan is on a roll. Yes my finances are tight but she works with me & the new office manager is so kind & understanding as well, (far from a car sales man, like the last office mananger who I never spoke to). I am so thankful for Dr. A & wherever she goes I will follow, so please pass on to the company she is an asset to their business, in a world where people think dental service is a scam. I was one of those people before Dr.A..

Dr Marian Abdalla was great. She is such a professional and I feel lucky to have found such a great dentist for my family.

A lot of new faces working there. The hygienist was very nice.

Was told of a procedure I required and the costs but wasn't sure if there were other, less expensive, alternatives. Overall had a great experience though.

Dr. Sako was great!! He was extremely helpful and clear with his advice and recommendations. Great experience!

I'm not the kind of person who recommends an office to someone else because it depends on the other person's dental coverage so please don't read something negative into my answer to that question.

I have always enjoyed this dental group, my dentist, and the staff...They are funny and remember my cats' names and make me feel like part of the family. I hope we have a very long relationship.

I really liked Dr. Simonian. I read reviews about your office online, prior to buying the groupon before my visit. While this was not my dental office before, it most certainly will be now. I think the amount of personal care shown by the doctor is outstanding - I really appreciated the amount of information I was able to receive in one visit.

I feel like a person and not a number. Everyone is nice, courteous, caring and helpful. Dr. Abdallah....you rock!!!!! Julie...you're pretty terrific also

the waiting area could be more calming, no default program for TV, blank screen with parental warning for games was all avail after movie, seems like a water feature might mitigate all the copier noise ( contant for 1.75hr today ) that comes from the reception area.GREAT STAFF !!!

I was impressed with the high level of technology used in the office. I like the office and the staff very much, and the quality of service. I realize I have extensive dental work to have done and I am planning to make necessary changes to afford dental work for the whole family.

My wife and I had the best experience ever for a dental visit in a long time. I am so happy to see that finally some one cares about people and have respect for them

I am very pleased with everything but it is important that the dentists find some filling that DOES NOT contain acrylic or any other substances similar to it for me to come in and fill my cavities! extremely important!!!!!

It's a great office. It has grown a LOT over the last 2 years so service has gone down somewhat from the way it used to be....it's very crowded with patients all the time, etc. So the actual quality of time with the dentist/hygienist seems to have decreased due to too many patients.

Was/am very grateful for the understanding of my financial restraints and assistance in finding a way to pay for work I desperately need done

I thought Platt Village was my long term treatment care.
