It was very nice overall. I could definetly tell it was a new practice. Personally If felt like I was a consumer in a reatil store the way they tell you and try to sell the latest and greatest technology that is pretty expensive. I have never been offered and recommended so many expensive treatments when I came in for a cleaning and check up. I realize my situation and that I haven't seen a dentist in a few years. It was just not the experience I am used to from my previous dentists and I have had a lot of dental work throughout my life. The dentist didn't even look in my mouth, he looked at pictures taken and he was there maybe 5 minutes. That was quite odd to be honest. Overall I am happy and will be back for another visit. I did LOVE the pediatric side, my son was also seen yesterday. It was fantastic. Thank you to everyone.

The entire team was very nice. They explained things well and were willing to work within my financial means. The dentist himself was nice, but not very talkative. He did a 30 second check of my teeth, said they looked good and asked if I wanted to know anything else. This caught me off guard since I expected him to say more. I didn't know what to ask, so we just ended up sitting in an uncomfortable silence while we waited for the benefits person to come in. This being my first appointment as a new patient, I thought he would have taken an interest in getting to know me a little better. This is my only criticism.

I would enthusiastically refer any and all to modern dentistry. Their customer service, combined with state-of-the-art equipment, truly differentiates them from the rest. The dentist was very personable and made me feel very comfortable; he even had me laughing, which is something that has never happened to me in a denstist office. All staff members were extrememly helpful, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. The organizational culture wihin this office was that of a cohesive team collectively moving towards a common goal; a goal which consists of providing the highest quality dentistry while having fun....something that any and all organizations regardless of industry strive to achieve and sustain. I definitely plan on making Modern Dentistry my long-term dentist. Thanks!
