It took 15+ between the dentist check and the start of the cleaning.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming! The care provided is top notch!

Going in for my six monmths examination they greetedd me by calling me by name. Very nice.

Upon arrival for my visit, was told that my appointment time had been re-scheduled. However, there was never a message left for me, nor a concerted effort to reach me. Thankfully, Dr. Bautista was able to see me and there was not a conflict. Would have been extremely upset if I had to re-schedule because of an error made by the receptionist. Other than this small problem, the visit was great. Everybody was friendly and I left with clean teeth!

I haven't been to the denist in years. I was very very nervous , the staff and team was the best .. I was at peace the whole time Was not uncomfortable at all. I was expecting the worst and left with a big smile. I know I need a lot of dental work but the whole time made me feel like I had perfect teeth . Never felt judged , very professional

I had made my appointment in December for January visit. When I got there, I was told that the doctor had overbooked and that he would still see me. The office should have rescheduled as soon as they learned of this. It wasted some of my valuable time and made me late to pick up my daughter from school. I DO APPRECIATE that I was seen since it was the doctor's fault.

Everyone is soooo nice and sensitive to how I was feeling as well as my financial situatuon. Thank you so much for your patience. I am still afraid to have my wisdom teeth pulled and going under anesthesia, but that is me not the team. Thank you so much.

Great dentist and office overall. Sometimes it can be very busy and the wait can be long but we got luckly this last visit and were the only ones there so no waiting--Yay!

I am so happy I came to south river dental. Dr reymond has been so helpful. He makes me feel comfortable. And the team cared when I was in very bad pain. And I can truly say I have never got this kind of treatment from no other dentist office before. All the dental assistant are very nice and caring. Very friendly. The front desk girls very helpful with making me appts and helping me make a payment plan that fits my budget. You all are the best

Everyone was exceptional. My only complaint is the hygienist was very rough. I know he has to get them clean, but he was rough and I normally have a fairly high threshold of pain. He proved me wrong.

I always have good care. Dr. B. at Southport Dental W.Sac,Ca. is a great dentist. I don't like dentists, but he is so gentle and caring that you don't even feel the novagaine. I will continue getting my dental work done with such a wonderful dentist.

The rest room sink, bowl and floor were all very dirty and need through cleaning. There were on paper towels available. The condition of this facility is very unsat for a medical practice.

The Hyvenist was very pleasant, thorough, and respectful. She answered all questions completely and if I come back.it will be because of her!

I think this office was wonderful, initially I had an issue with setting my appointments but once we got there everything was great. All the staff are nice and the dentist was great and made me feel comfortable because I hate going to the dentist. I get extreme anxiety. Even staff who don't have direct contact with you are nice. You can't help but feel good leaving there. It was my first visit, so far so good. I was referred by a coworker

The only semi-complaint I have is that the financial portion of my treatment plan always seems to be unclear. I was given three different options for my treatment, and only the first option contained all the costs, while the other two only contained the costs for my bridge-work. I'm a little confused as to why it was done this way. In the future, could I please get a detailed, comprehensive financial explanation as to what my charges will be? Thanks.

excellent service, but I had to wait over an hour to finally be seen. I didn't appreciate that when I was already nervous regarding my service. But besides that, the quality of the service was amazing

The lady cleaning my teath and applying the floride stuff didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. She didn't hold my lips when she was cleaning. She kept slipping off my teeth. She got the paste everywhere. She made spit come flying out of my mouth down my neck and was very slow to cleaning it up. When she was applying the floride stuff she dumped it on my face on accident and didn't notice she was spilling it on my face and didn't clean it up in a timely matter so it was very stuck onto my face. I was not impressed with the cleaning at all. She did not seem like she knew what she was doing.

Not sure of her title, but the dental assistant???? who did the xrays had problem with the computer so we were both stressed from that; but once that problem was resolved, she was quite lovely in her behavior toward me and I could relax a little. I was in serious pain the day of the appointment, which had become my daily reality for the last few weeks, so I wasn't in a great mood while walking in with great physical distress. I have been very confused by the services I'm being offered vs. what I understand is covered by insurance. I was not aware of the appointment yesterday with Dr. Bautista and its purpose or that it was free. I was aware of the follow-up appointment for June for cleaning again, etc. I had planned to have money for the next "filling" procedure by June, but I won't have it and need to postpone that until later in the summer as I've some other medical costs not planned for. I was concerned that the receptionist said that there was an all new staff (I recogn

I was very please with how quickly the visit went even with a full office. It took more time than I was hoping to get him back there but once that happened it went smoothly and faster than expected. I would have liked the dentist to talk to me about my sons visit though. The receptionists were a bit chatty which made it hard to get business done at first and the printer was jammed so the wait for my reciept was excessive but overall the visit went well. Also when we went to schedule our 6 mon check all the appoinments were booked already so the earliest we could get was an 8 month check until they did some creative juggling and got us in at 7 months. This was a bit frustrating. If 6 mon visits are truely important then appoinments should be available.

This is by far the best dental office I've been to in my entire life. I'm 63 yrs. old. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental care.

I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The entire staff is warm, courteous, and professional. I received a very clear and concise explanation of my dental issues, and feel like I have a good handle on what I need to do from now on. Chris Garcia did a very thorough job on my evaluation and cleaning. Dr. Basho was fantastic--very warm, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. I would definitely come back to this office for more care!

I was very satisfied with my visit on how friendly the staff was and how smooth the appointment went. The only thing I would request in the future is to not be as rough on the cleaning of my teeth and gums. I left the office with my gums very sore but overall everything else was very good.

Patients should have been informed that there are new dentists.

I dont know why onlays and inlays are not covered by insurance when they are supposed to be the best treatment. The costs are so high. But the staff was really friendly and informative, and I had thought about the treatment for a year a half, done a ton of research so I was ready to fork over the large sum of money. A year and a half ago I felt pressured, this time I did not, which was a good change. Really like my new Dentist and the entire staff.

The office was running really far behind which is understandable but if they would have communicated it to me I could have done other things till they were ready for me.
