My appointment was successful in removing crown adhesive that was left between 2 molars however the adhesive should not have been left there to begin with.

I have had a hard time trusting dentist and dental offices in the past but I am happy to say that I trust and respect every one that I have come into contact with at Orchard dental.

The past few dentist I have seen made me feel like I was being ripped off. I did not feel that way!! The one thing that could improve was that the dentist was talking over my right shoulder and I couldn't see her face unless I turned. I like to see the people talking to me.

I think I have found a home for my dental care.

The Hygienist is simply awesome.

I didn't have an appointment and I just showed up when you opened at 10 am on Monday Morning in extreme pain. Vinny was very accommodating as was the assistant! Neithwr of them treated me like I was an interruption. The Debtist was busy with a schedules appointment but took the time away as soon as he could so that I could be seen . I felt bad that I was a walk in but everyone in the office treated me very well! I am very happy with this office and Vinny and Roseann are my favorates!

I am very pleased with the way the staff was very intuitive to my individual needs, explaining to me each process that needs/needed to be done in way I understood.

Did not receive the cleaning per the advertisement.

I came in in alot of pain and found out my insurance company was severely bad coverage. I was talked to by everyone as if they could still helped me and I was taken care of enough to get me through and given resources to help me until my insurance changes in January. Based on my 45 min visit I am hopeful that my future procedures done here will be quality! Everyone especially dr. Tuchklaper was very understanding professional polite and courteous . Exceptional service so far. The kind of dentist I trust to fix my dental issues. Thank you for all your help yesterday !

This dental office rocks! Talk about great customer service from start to finish. I met like five different people, since I was a new patient, I needed to get my x-rays done and initial exam. They got me in that same day for my cleaning and dental work. I would highly reccomend this dental office just based on everyones chherful and caring attitude!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This appointment was for my 3 year old daughter. From the moment we walked into the office until we left, everything was perfect. My daughter looks forward to going to the dentist, thank you for having such an amazing office, staff and environment.

Extremely impressed with the use of the latest technology from both a dental care perspective as well as the use of email/electronic communications. Invaluable to my busy schedule.

This was a great experience. It was my first time and I was impressed with the seamlessness of the office. I liked that each person I talked to asked me questions about hobbies, or already new info (like I had a son) before they even talked to me. Very personable... One thing I would suggest is that for first time patients (like I was) be clear before the appointment that the cleaning is typically not included in the appointment. Luckily, the staff was able to fit in a cleaning for me the same day so I didn't have to reschedule another appointment which I was happy about, but didn't plan on the extra time I would need to wait for it. It worked out for me fine, but just a suggestion as people have busy schedules. Overall, super happy though! My teeth feel great today!

Dr chapman is awesome. I trust him and he has a sence of humor. So does the assistant or hygenistt whose name is rose(something).

It was so nice not to have to wait 6 weeks to get a new patient appointment! It was so nice of Dr. T to offer to get some of my fillings done at my first appointment. Overall, I am very impressed with your office! I have finally found a dentist office that can take care of my needs!

The hygenist did not scrape her teeth and it was basically just a polishing that she did. It was really different from any experience I have seen at other offices. I felt that it was a real superficial cleaning.

As a new patient, I was extremely happy with my visit. The dental assistant was very friendly and outgoing, Dr. T was awesome and I left feeling great about my visit. I look forward to many more!

Our overall experience was exceptional, as our visits always are. We had to wait quite a while to see the dentist, but everyone else was on time (early actually).

I really am impressed with the care of all the empoyees at Orchard Dental. It's a great office and they do great work from the receptionist to the doctor.

All seemed to go well. Some wait time in places. Some dental offices have been quick to recommend crowns, so one always wonders if future crowns could wait. This was only my second visit and so far I've been pleased.

Dr. T. was great. Going to the dentist is not always a fun thing to do, but Dr. T. made it not so bad!

The staff are very friendly and everything is done in a timely manner.

I was very impressed with the hygienist since she is the only one that really worked on my denture so far. Elaine(not sure if that's her name) was great, very detailed and I really feel like it's been the best cleaning I ever got. But also Doctor T was very specific about my current issues and I like the visuals on my cavities/ work that needs to be done. The receptionist is so nice and professional!

THEY ARE SIMPLY EXCELLENT .ALREADY REFERRED FRIENDS TO THEM EVEN THOUGH I LIVE IN WYOMING..THEY ARE JUST A GREAT TEAM.

The only thing that I liked that my last dentist did that you don't is apply some lip cream on before starting the whole process. It seems that your mouth gets really dried out and hard for your lips to stay wet thus making it tough to keep open and flexible without splitting a lip. Other than that is was a great couple of visits.

Overall very happy and plan to continue as a patient. I felt like everything was very thourough and professional. I have a lot of confidence in the dentist, hygeniest and dental assistant. I was impressed with the technology yet fair prices. I didn't understand that on the first visit I would have to reschedule for my cleaning...it would ahve been nice to know that as it's very hard to get these appointments schedule between work and children then the hygeniest had very little availability in the upcoming weeks. Receptionist argued with me about my dental plan even though I had the paperwork right in front of me...had previously overcharged my husband and would have done the same to me had I not continued to express that I felt like she didn't understand my plan correctly. Then seemed annoyed that I wanted to use the discounts/coupons I received in the mail prior to my visit. Again, very please with what I feel is the most important things about a dental practice!

Very knowledgeable people and an extremely pleasant dentist experience. Probably my first pleasant experience with a dentist in a long time. Excellent job.
