Dr Do was quite possibly the best and most comforting dentist I have ever encountered. She was sensitive to my situation and treated me with care and respect. I am blown away at how wonderful everyone was to me in the office. Thank you so much!

Going to the dentist has always been one of those necessary evils in life. Bear Creek was the first dental office I have been to that even though I will be undergoing uncomfortable procedures, I did not have any anxiety. Extremely professional and personal.

Excellent. But I didn't have the dentist I usually have and I was expecting that. However, the dentist that I did have was fine.

Everyone I met was friendly and professional. Finding and choosing a dentist is not an easy task. I tried Bear Creek Dental because of yelp reviews. I knew I would need some extra work after a long absence. After examination, I was told my gums needed work and I felt comfortable trusting their judgment and cost. I did not feel pressured into getting work I did not need. Thank you all for getting me back on track!

My first visit there was outstanding. It was a surprise to see EVERYONE so friendly and courteous. I think the person who helped me was Nikki??? and she was super duper!!! I was referred here by a primary dentist I had just chosen on my dental plan. I am going to change to a primary dentist here at Bear Creek and bringing my family of 3.

Murrieta is usually very close to being on time. Bear Creek was very slow and for two root canals it took 3hrs. 45min. :( Doctors were great though when they were doing the procedure.

Having multiple options for my crown, and being told up front that there is a chance I may need a root canal helped me prepare for the amount of work that needed to be done and to budget effectively. My dentist and the root canal specialist were both awesome. They did great work, explained everything to me and kept all the work pain free. Thanks!

This was initially a 6-month check up that turned into doing an overlay that we've been watching for over a year. The financial arrangements were adequate. My original apointment was 9:00 am--and I was told I would be done between noon or 12:30. I was done at 1:30. I will say that the experience with THIS overlay was far, far better than my first one! I was in pain for months with the first one--which explained my extreme nervousness during the procedure. Today, any pain that I may have from yesterday's procedure is handled adequately with Tylenol. Thank you, doctor! I appreciate your excellent care.

I had excellent care! The only minor thing that I ran into was that prior to my visit, I had inadvertently filled out the new patient form on line for my husband rather than myself. I felt that I was scolded when I walked into the office because of the simple mix up. Initially I became apprehensive and wondered if the rest of my experience with this dental office would be pretty much the same, and had visions of walking out of the office without treatment, but I persisted and was pleasantly surprised at the rest of my visit. I appreciated how the team worked together and they worked for me. My dentist is clearly interested in my oral health and my well being. Education is her mission, which I truly appreciate and her knowledge is something I benefited from. I've had horrible experiences with dental offices in the past,and didn't expect the patient care that I have had here. Dr. Do made me feel very comfortable and I don't usually like going to the dentist because I am afraid something is going to hurt. She is very nice. I like it better there than at our last dentist.

I love your office and Dr. Do is the most pleasant dentist I have ever had. unfortunately, due to my finances I just cannot get the treatment I would like to have. I would prefer to use your office but the other dentist office accepts just what my insurance pays and discounts the balance off because I do not use the numbing for my scaling procedure. If that policy ever changes in your office I would gladly come back to have the deep cleaning/scaling done with your office.

I had a memorable experience at Bear Creek Dental. from the moment I entered the office I was greeted with the warmest smiles and kindness from kathy and Denise. these two ladies have such wonderful personalities and such a special way about themselves that can never be forgotten. Kathy and Denise are truly the perfect representation of what the face and introduction of all companies or businesses should look like. after filling out my updated admin stuff on the computer I was welcomed by Mariko (and she' not mexican)the dentist assistant who did some an awesome job of gently taking photos of my teeth and allowing me to wear such a cool lead coat probably designed by Hugo Boss or Zenya. Mariko's diligent job continued while assisting the doctor for the few hours that I was there. the conversation was very engaging and professional even while having a mouth fool of props so that I wouldn't accidentally bite someone. This was my first visit to this office and while I was just only going to have a check up I got all of my xrays and fillings same day. I was very impressed that the staff had time to help me out and tend to my dental needs. I was very satisfied with my visit and look forward to going back. I love the way everything was explained to me as things were done and everyone helped me with a smile and great attitude.

I was in extreme pain.. and this was my first visit. Everyone took exceptional care of me. I needed immediate help and they were very friendly, sympathetic and caring. The dentist was sensitive to my level of pain and was very careful to check my level of comfort during each step of my treatment. I have to say I was very fearful going into the appointment and they all treated me so kindly. It makes going to the dentist less of a trauma for me... I might even come to like it. lol

I didn't care for being asked for a credit card when making the appointment to see the root canal specialist. The receptionist should have checked my records and seen that I have been a long time patient. I understand the reason and will comply by the rules and pay if I don't cancel in the time allotted. I paid for the co op amount in advance. To ask for a credit card # or a signed blank check in advanced to me is not very professional.

Love Dr. Do and the entire Bear Creek team. Rachael always makes my kids feel at ease and she encourages questions. Appreciate the extra attention each team member gives my son. We refer to many!
