New front office staff not as "warm" as those who were there when I started at this office. Front office staff have changed too often. New staff are friendly but distant. I didn't lke being asked to pay before I saw the hygienist. After seeing the dentist I felt a bit pushed by front office staff to schedule treatment that I had not yet had time to consider, and only the cost of the most expensive options were presented to me. I didn't schedule and felt disappointed as I'd never had an experience like this at this office before. The friendly atmosphere in the office used to provide the options and education without making me feel like I was dealing with professional sales staff. I used to love my dental office! :( I don't like the change.

I love this office! Dr Yoo is fantastic and Sara and Vivi are wonderful assistants. Lesley is an amazing hygenist.

I have experienced great care, expertise and sensitivity from Dr. Sang Yoo not only with my own care but also with my 90 year old Mom's care. From Meg at the front desk to the excellent team to state of the art technology, our experience is worth recommendation. Lots of care and concern shown to me by all levels of staff. Much appreciated how they were able to fit me in with an appointment with the oral surgeon while there to get my treatment plan underway. Had tooth extracted. Didn't need to take an aspirin and no swelling.. day two still no swelling or pain - I'm getting ready to go to a party :-) Thank you to the oral surgeon and Dr Do.

Dr. Yoo answered my questions and Lesley the dental hygienist was very efficient and caring, overall, i was able to get the treatment the same day rather than making another appt.

I absolutely LOVE going to the dentist. My care is handled by both Bear Creek and Clinton Keith and I brag about the quality of the care I get at both to anyone who will listen! I feel like I'm treated as an individual person, not just another insurance card. The staff takes a personal interest in me and my family and I enjoy chatting with them while all my needs are met. Treatments are explained to me in plain English and I'm never embarassed to ask questions because everyone is genuinely concerned for my oral health.

I felt it took way to long to get in and out...a lot of wasted time waiting... Otherwise it was good...

I came in with an emergency situation. I am a patient;hoever, I did not have an appointment. The receptionist (sorry I do not remember her name) was so compassionate. It was obvious she understood how much pain I was in and did everything she could to get me in as soon as possible. I was not made to wait very long at all. I saw Dr. Yu and he was also very nice and took excellent care of me. Lesly, the hygenist, is absolutely amazing!! She was so caring and made me feel like she really cared about the pain I was in and my concerns. Both Dr. Yu and Lesly did an excellent job and by the next day I was pain free. They also set up an appointment for me with Dr. Choi (the next day) and she was also wonderful, caring, and took the time to thoroughly explain my situation. There was also a female named Donna who I think was Dr. Choi's assistant. She was also just incredible!! I came here because I was impressed with the quality of work that my friend got and they treat my daughter, who is very afraid of dentists, very well. They are really understanding and patient with her. My sister has also had excellent work done there.

I found them on YELP and they had nothing but GREAT reviews hence I went there and will continue to go there as long as I am in this area. Very nice office and team.....

I noticed there was no "Plastic Sanitary Sheet" covering the Mouse/Track-ball on the computer and the Hygenist/assistant, Dentist, and lady who took my measurements, all used the mouse while touching my mouth too ... Made me wonder how many other patient's germs were on there. GROSS! ... having said that, my first visit was GREAT!, almost a perfect 10.

Things went smoothly and everyone in the office was great. Moving to a new area and getting a new dentist after 15 years at the same office can be a bit of a challange. Thank you for making it easy !

Was my first trip to a periodontist and was very satisfied with the way things went. woul dhave liked to have been able to bring a brochure home though.

My husband and I LOVED everything for walking in the front door to leaving. Everyone was so nice and pleasent, Danny is awesome, the reseptionist was very nice and professional,as well as the wonderful dental assistants Hygienist and the Dentist (Dr. Corradi) was amazing!! Love you guys.

I had an overall great experience. I had to wait 45 minutes though and left work early to get there. I also had to wait over an hour the day before with my son. If Dentist is running late, I think I would appreciate having a call on my cell so I could stay at work. I only work one mile away so getting there is not a problem. Really liked office staff and Dentist. See you this afternoon:)

I was very satisfied with my previous visits, my son and daughter were seen and they both had a great experience, especially my son who was very nervous and scared...thank you for all your help you guys are doing an excellent job.

The dental team is very sincere and professional. It's better than my previous dental team. You make me feel at ease which I appreciate. I get nervous but not as scared as I used to be. Thank you
