Woodland Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

I was happy with most of my visit but would like to offer constructive criticism on one prolonged instance where I experienced fairly extreme pain. I had a crown put in Monday. Things went well with the dentist, but not when an assistant imaged my teeth with what I assume was a CAD/CAM surface scanner. I had trouble breathing during this period, as my airway had become congested during the previous procedure. She had trouble obtaining a suitable image (because I would periodically gasp for air), and had to try many times. She jammed this device with great force against unanesthesized tissues repeatedly, which was excruciatingly painful. I was delirious with pain for 1/2 an hour after this, and 2 days later, the angle of my mouth and my lower left gums still hurt quite a bit (the crown was on the upper left, and this lower area was impacted most by the scanner). This would have gone better if she would have slowed down & regrouped when things went poorly, instead of forcing through it.

This visit was more organized than previous visits. The staff was more organized. I am reasonably satisfied and hope you can continue to improve.

Dr. Fleischmann and his staff were very professional and helpful, explaining all of the procedures and recommendations for my treatment. Everyone showed a consistent awareness and concern for my comfort at all stages of the procedures. I highly recommend Woodland Smiles for everyone!

I knew I was going in for more than just a cleaning and after avoiding the problem for years I expected the worst. However, the friendly staff and the professionalism began easing my fears and was more than impressed meeting my new dentist Gill Armardeep. All the hygienists were busy and instead of making me wait Dr. Armardeep did my cleaning and then performed my procedure. It was the way she communicated everything she was doing or about to do that made me feel the most relaxed I've ever felt at a dentist office. Thank you.

I would have given the dental office 5 smiles if I had been taken in sooner. My appoinment was at 11 am and I went in at almost 11:30. I ws there for abou two hrs but I understand is was my ortho consult. Other than that I was happy with everyones level of customer service.

I was definately satisfied with my procedure. I gave a very hard time with anxiety regarding the dentist overall. I had a hard time listening to procedures going on in the next room (drilling etc) which brought my anxiety to a WHOLE new level,I wish there was something we could have did to prevent that but I survived. I also realize you were VERY busy that day but when I woke up I felt rushed out the door before I really knew what was going on. Those issues aside I'm still very satisfied and will return in the future. Im a baby when it comes to the dentist. I just have very high anxiety with dentistry and would like to know that if before my next trip what we can do about that. I assure you I am not embelishing that, I have a fear of it.

Everyone was great. The only complaint is I waited for over an hour before I was even taken to the back to get my x-rays started. It took 2 hours hours for x-rays and a cleaning. But the staff was great.

Have only been in for a consultation and cleaning, but feel as I am the most important patient at the time. The staff is wonderful and I will recommend Woodland Smiles to friends.

The lobby and office looked nice and professional, the staff was very friendly and personable. I was there for hours having several things done and I was able to grab lunch and come back to finish. My wait was short and they were great communicators which made my visit very easy.

I was very impressed with Dr. Fleischmann's professional and caring manner. I also appreciated the care I received from the rest of the dental team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I am always treated like a "friend"--they always know who I am and what my treatment plan is--very nice!

Everyone did a great job of working with my son. It was his first visit and typically hard for him to keep still. That is why I have to give huge praise to whomever the woman was that cleaned his teeth. She was excellent with my son and made it fun for him.

I had an appt with the hygenist and with the dentist for an exam and there was a little confusion between the two where I ended up waiting for probably 20 minutes in a room and were surprised when I hadn't been looked at by the dentist yet. Some time was wasted. Overall good experience. Perhaps hard at the end of the time when things are running long. Also very busy in the office with the Orthodontist in which had everyone running around a little more than I had seen in the past. Kie was great as always and keeps me coming back!

Awesome! My daughter and I have never felt so welcome in a dental office. Ashley, Sylvia and Dr. Fleishman are awesome... always accomodating and we know that they geniunely care about us.

Every one there was wonderful the dentist was easy to talk with. My bad experience was listening to a lady scream in the next room, but everyone in the office was great. Maybe the dentist could be a little more sensetive to people with dentist phobia, but he was great!! thank you I appreciate that the office got me in and delt with my painful teeth in such a timely manner.

I enjoyed my visit to Smiles very much. The team was very welcoming and professional. I have no complaints and have and will refer more people to Smiles. I am very pleased that Smiles came to Woodland!

took a while in between workers, however it was probably just a busy day.

I love this office and the staff, always friendly. They have the perfect balance of professional and casual. I would only recommend that they clean the glasses that you wear it could just be me but my set was a little dirty.

The only thing I was concerned about was the dentist suggested I leave my daughter before he began his exam. I have no intention of ever leaving my child while she is having anything done.

Hygienist did not communicate wait time after getting shots of novacain before treatment started. Anxiety level increased with wait. Once there she did a very good job letting me know what was happening.

Great team. I usually am very apprehensive about dental procedures. The doctor and assistant explained everything and were very considerate attentive and alleviated my fears.

Woodland Smiles (Woodland, CA) is great. Their personnel is easy to talk to and they work with you to do anything to make it easier for us. They are all wonderful.
