Reception was prompt and welcoming. Dental staff was pleasant and efficient - finding just the right balance of explanation all the while keeping the visit moving forward. It was one of the best Dental visits I have experienced - especially considering I was replacing a crown.

(3.5 smiles) All though you have a beautiful office and friendly staff and work with us to squeeze my child in pain in, I think you have VERY limited hours in general. You also have been closed on the odd Monday/Friday holiday when the pediatrician was opened. I think there is a huge need in the community for a Dentist that is opened until 7pm a couple a days a week and open until 12pm on Saturdays as we struggle with our jobs hours until 6pm most days or later and our positions do not allow us to leave early and expect us to take care of appointments on our own time unless its a emergency.

too many e-mails for me to pre-register(5) after i had already done so three days earlier at your office but understand you had some type of computer problem that has been resolved.

My son, who is a special needs child, felt very comfortable throughout the entire experience and was extremely pleased we had chosen this group to do our dental work.

I was VERY nervous to get my implant. The staff and dr were great in constantly reassuring me, explaining what was being done during the procedure and even holding my hand when needed. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Woodbridge and recommend Dr. Barker and his team to anyone who asks.

The complications with my crowns were unique to me. Dr. Tran and the woman who made the crowns, and all of the staff I worked with actually, were VERY sensitive to my needs and genuinely cared about me. They went out of their way spending time after hours and going above and beyond to help. The professionalism these ladies showed was superior. This company should be proud to have them as employees.

The overall experience with Woodbridge Dental Group and Orthodontics was great. Everyone there was professional and keep you informed about the process, the paperless process was Great! Just get online, answer the question and show up, wonderful! Response to question were good and didn't feel like they were trying to sell you something that you didn't need, just giving you facts about your options. Best Dental experience every!

I was very pleased with our experience.. My daughter had a tooth pulled due to an infection.. Dr. Hatch and the hygenist were very sweet,patient and kind to her..She was very scared and I was blown away with the level of care that was provided to her.. Thank you very much for your genuine concern and comfort!!

I was very pleased with my first visit to this office. It is very high-tech, the staff and dentist made me feel at ease during the exam and explained everything. I haven't had my cleaning yet and I have to go in for a crown so I will have to see how that goes on the treatment front, but getting a crown in a day and having it over and done with sounds good to me so close to Christmas! I was surprised at how quickly the finance department verified my insurance coverage for the procedures I needed too...overall, so far I am very impressed.

I hope it was because he was a first time patient, but the wait to see the Dentist was very long. The appt. lasted just over an hour.

I would like to know what my options on treatments & cost are beforehand. I don not want to be upgraded unless I have selected an upgrade option. I have to make decision base on my budget.

I had an excellent experience at my most recent visit. However, I felt that the experience level of the dental assistant was not to par, considering the services that I received that day. It seemed that she was relatively new and still in training (e.g., I had to remind her to put the cape over me before taking Xrays).

Use to have extreme fear of going to the dentist & would start getting nervous 2 weeks before the appointment. I can now go to the dentist and not get nervous unless I'm actually getting shots and then I still don't get nervous until I'm actually in the chair. I love the friendliness of the entire office!

Staff was sensitive and understanding to my 2 year old on his first visit. He was scared and did not know what to expect. Hopefully he will be a little more comfortable on his next visit.

WoodBridge Dental Group exceeded my expectations. From the moment I scheduled my appointment and dealt with the paper-less option for completing my patient profile and history. I knew this office was a step above other practices I had experienced. This option saved a great deal of time. Moreover, from the onset of walking through the door the staff was warm, genuine and thoughtful. The office manager Melissa is kind, polite and wonderful to talk with. The Dental Assistant made me feel extremely comfortable. I had not been to the dentist for a cleaning in almost years. So being introduced to the newest forms of technology was quite an enjoyable experience. Moreover, everyone from the Benefits Coordinator(knock-out smile) and other staff; I did not directly interact with were so professional and friendly. The ladies up front Melissa and Andrea are wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable with the financial aspect of the process and are so friendly! I would have to say I was a worried about the dental assistant. The dentist asked her for different tools while performing the procedure and the dental assistant had to ask multiple times " What's that" ? Did not make me feel to comfortable that she was assisting with my procedure. She was not the nicest person either far from how friendly the ladies upfront are.

I was extremely nervous because of my dentist phobia but had an excellent calm experience. I will definitely be referring. Great place to go.

We had to wait entirely too long between our scheduled appointment time and the time we actually began treatment with the dentist. I switched the children's dental care from our previous provider because I felt that they did not respect my time as valuable. The only reason the long wait was tolerable was that the office was not as packed as the other. Which makes me wonder why we waited so long. When medical professionals expect patients to arrive on time but do not honor appointment times (within reason) it is very disrespectful, not to mention highly annoying.

I came into the office after falling and chipping my two front teeth. I did not have an appointment, but was told the doctor could fit me in. Dr. Baker gave great individual attention despite me not having an appointment. After such a hectic morning, it was comforting to know that the doctor took a personal interest in seeing to it that I received the best care possible. From the office staff to to those working on my teeth, everyone was helpful and professional. Woodbridge Dental and Dr. Baker have earned a customer for life. I have already and will continue to refer friends and family members.

Loved how clean the office was!!!

I purchased a Groupon, which is why I went to this dentist. The Groupon included a cleaning, exam, xrays and a take home whitening kit. I did NOT receive a cleaning, which I left me underwhelmed when I left. Overall the experience was great until I double checked my groupon when I got to the car and noticed a cleaning was supposed to be provided.

I was very comfortable and impressed with the knowledgeable, excellent care that I received by the entire staff. I am very happy that I chose Woodbridge Dental Group for my needs. I feel in excellent hands.

It' still too soon to have a final opinion with the service and people at the office. Of course my first and only visit was a good experience bit I think a 6 month to a year commitment with them will allow me to better evaluate them.
