I just started with your Office. This was my 3rd visit which was nice as the 1st visit. My 2nd visit was different for me. I came in with a broken crown. I expected to have a replacement done in 1 visit only at your office. Problems were found and could not all be resolved at your office , I apparently had to go to another dental office on State College and 2-3 visits were required to fix my problems. This was not satisfactory for me. Thank You

Receptionist was very reluctant to accept any past history from my previous Dentist John Myers and Periodontist Mark Dougherty. Was not aware of the additional cost of cleaning until just before the procedure. Overall first visit Excellent.

From the time I stepped in the office, each employee greeted me and asked me how they could help. The Dental Assistant that I had was very polite and we chatted for awhile, which is better than some of the other offices I had been to that just get to work right away. I think it's nice to get to know people a little better. Overall, great time and great office. Keep up the great work!

Great service. Was concerned that my shoddy insurance would only allow me to see a "budget" dentist who might give me wooden teeth like George Washington, but my girlfriend convinced me that I should try this office before I drive to Tijuana for dental care. The receptionist team was very welcoming, and even stayed past closing time to finish my treatment. The dentist and dental assistants were very professional, and answered all of my annoying questions along the way. Benefits coordinator was very friendly and helpful in assessing and planning out my care so as to minimize cost to the patient. Because my plan is a bit confusing, she missed a detail which could have bungled my insurance coverage, but once we caught the issue she was very helpful in sorting it out in a way that worked out well (including a 10% discount for bringing a toy to donate for Toys for Tots' Christmas charity; a very generous promotion considering how much work I need done!) Loved the CAD/CAM technology. Thanks!

The Office Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very nice and helpful staff. Very efficient, after giving them my basic information and dental insurance information, everything else was taken care of for me. It was my first visit to this office, Dr. Dang made me feel very comfortable while he examined me. Everyone in the office was equally pleasant to deal with as well. They know what they are doing here. Just found my new dental home!

Need a bigger xray room. Looks crampy and uncomfortable

This dental appointment was for my daughter so I was not the actual patient and put several NA's due to that fact. Although my daughter did not have any cavities, I would have liked for the dentist to at least have come to the reception area to let me know that fact. Other than that - the office has been great!

Compared to going to another dental office, both here and in Colorado Springs where I was living before, I am very satisfied with your office and staff.

The receptionist was very nice and professional when I called to make the appointment and got me in to see the dentist right away. Maria, is I believe the dental assistant and she was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Momtaz was the dentist I saw and she made my experience very comfortable. She explained what she was going to do for me to understand. This was by far the best dentist office I have ever been to and I will tell as many people as I can.

When I visited the office, I heard that a patient scream loud during his surgery or whatever he had. It was not pleasant to hear for other patients.

The dentist I see is wonderful. She is always very nice and comforting and very informative about treatments and procedures. I had only been to this office once before and I feel like she remembered me and knew who I was. This made my visit much more comfortable.

They totally made me feel at ease.

The hygenist, Kristin, causes much less pain than the previous hygenist and seems to be much more caring and sensitive to the patients needs. I was relieved that I was not going to be seeing the previous hygenist.

I know I should have a dental plan, but probably wouldn't follow it. I am willing to take steps toward a plan slowiy.

We had to wait 45 minutes for him to get in to have his wisdom teeth out. The wait was excessive.

(1)During my check-in, I was asked to sign to grant permission for taking X-rays. Then, during the cleaning, X-rays were never taken or even mentioned. ??? (2) Also during check-in (and as mentioned before): signing on a blank pad, where I cannot even see my signature, to agree to things I cannot even see on a screen, is not something I feel comfortable with. Surely, technology can be improved?
