Dr. Dang and Staff. You guys are amazing. Dr. Dang literally takes his time, explains every process with great detail and makes sure we understand everything. He doesn't rush your questions or concerns to run to another patient. Each patient is given the quality one on one care they deserve and need. He doesn't pressure you. He lets you know what you need and its simply up to you to take care of it. Anyone who is afraid of the Dentist must go to this office. With the care, smiles and passion Dr. Dang and staff have for their patients, There is no better placer for us.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond and also brought to my attention a high blood pressure situation I was unaware of before my dental visit. When I arrived at the office to check in, Danielle didn't show my name on the schedule, but she was able to verify dental insurance and able to accomodate me at that time. I certainly appreciated her professional manner and concern in getting me seen that day.

Am concerned about some cost, that is why the rating for the "financial" part of this survey was less than most items answered. Dr. Deng was great and so was my hygenist. Your offices were very clean, but the X-ray machine kept sliding around and we needed to repeat x-rays. Everyone was polite and professional and sensitive to costs.

I generally expect a lot from businesses I support. This office was efficient in scheduling, promptness of appointment (less than 5 minute wait), clear explanation of ortho recommendation and associated costs. No complaints at all with this office.

When we were spoken to about the charges of braces, the charges were written in pen, not printed out from the insurance website. I would like the codes so I can call my insurance and ask if the pricing is correct. We also were not offered any sort of financing plans.

Everything was great, except when the dentist was going to do my root canal did not explained to me what he was going to do. He did not tell me that he was going to put a plastic protector in my mouth and that freak me out. He should have explained what he was going to do, I was surprise he didn't tell me what he was going to do, usually they sit with you and explained everything. He needs to have more patience towards his patients. It seems like he was in a hurry to get out there. But overall everything was great.

I was in a lot of pain when I came in. Everyone was very kind to me. I am afraid of Dentists because of past experiences and my gum disease causes a lot of pain. This team was excellent and I intend to see them now on a regular basis. I had not been to a Dentist in 10 years, so this speaks highly of Yorba Linda Dental Offices!!
