TV is always on cartoons? A nice travel cd maybe? Something calming and pretty would be nicer.

Unfortunately, the time spent in the office was quite long. My appt. for a cleaning was at 1:30 I didn't leave your office until 4:00. I did not expect this.

It was nice to have a actual dentist start the cleaning to hurry things along while waiting for the hygienist

The office was so nice to me and my daughter. They helped me keep her entertained while still providing services for my cleaning. That means a lot to me as a stay at home mom. It is hard to go to appointments without having her with me and the fact that they were nice about her being there made it all so much better.

I have been coming to this office off and on for 10 years. I have had 4 different dentists during this period. Of the 4, Doctor Miller was the best. I would have appreciated an opprotunity to have migrated to Doc. Miller's new office when he left.Maybe you should consider notifying patients in advance of getting a new dentist.

I felt like I was in a high end retail store, with the sales person trying to up sale various unnecessary products and procedures. The financial coordinator never did show up and usually doesn't whenever myself or children come in. The dentist was very nice, but somewhat insulting, by asking if I was interested in having an ortho consultation, when his teeth happen to be more messed up then mine, and assuming I had an issue with the appearance of my teeth. Also, I was in because of severe pain in my mouth and the only resolution I was offered was to come back and be re-checked in two weeks. They did take x-rays and the teeth appeared fine, however, they weren't proactive in treating my obvious pain. I followed up with a doctor's appointment the next day to find I had a severe infection in my parotid gland, which was easily visible per the physician and required antibiotics and pain medication. Unfortunately my family and I have very little confidence in this office.

This was my first visit so I could not answer all of the dquestions as my treatment hasn't been started as yet. Everyone sure treated me great. I felt pretty muchy at ease asnd think Dr. Lee is super.

The entire staff took excellent care of me and went above and beyond.

I felt very comfortable with Dr delaroca and his assistants including front off staff. I havealready recommended this off and will continue to do so. I actually look forward to going back for moretreatment. Thank you so much

Everyone I met at the dentist office was exceptionally friendly and they thoroughly knew their business.I like the people and the atmosphere at Imperial in Yucaipa. I feel my theeth are in good hands.

The most pleasurable dentist visit I have experienced!

My personal schedule is always considered when treatments or adjustments are needed. Dr. Ly almost treats me like a brother and remembers to ask about my family's welfare. She's terrific as a person and a dentist.

Since my son is a minor, his treatment plan for preventative care should have been reviewed with me.

Probably one of the nicest dental offices I've been in. The dentist was very personable and made me feel at ease immediately, instead of more nervous! When it came to my understanding the "cost to me" I was a little confused. I guess I should have asked more questions. It would have been really helpful to have a printout of the estimated costs. When my husband asked me, I was not sure if I'd been quoted prices with the insurance in mind or if that was our cost after insurance... This is the first time to use this dental insurance so we aren't sure how it works or how making payments will be arranged. I know the doctor said we could make payments but it would have been nice to have all that in my hand when I left. Other than that, I'm very happy I chose this office for dental care. My daughter will be there today and my husband would like to have an appt. to get his teeth cleaned in the upcoming weeks.

my visit to the dental office was,as always delt with professionaly and with the utmost care as a patient. starting with the reception desk with the smiling, courteous,caring manner continuing to the knowledgeable assistants,complete understanding what dentist is accomplishing ending with a full comprehension of what, why,which benefits applied to my case.No cattle call, no wasted time no nonsense.

Outstanding facility very professional,friendly and upbeat. Dr. Miller spent a great deal of time explaining every step of my treatment then and in the future. I appreciated the time Maria spent going over the projected cost.April was kind and caring. My x-ray tech was very thorough.

I have not started any treatment as of yet. Had 1 emergency visit only. Was very satisfied with the evaluation and the course the dentist would like to take

This visit was sooo much better than ones in the past. The office staff seems much better organized.

The appointment was for my 6 year old daughter. Everyone was very good with her. They listened to all of her ramblings with smiles. It was a great experience for both her and for me.

Office was running late but Dr Ly explained that they were short a dentist & I completely understood. Was very happy with all the treatment I received and Maria D called me back today as promised to discuss the cost of further treatment. Very satisfied customer and glad I changed dentists.

The Dentist had to do my cleaning because the hygienist was with another patient. The Dentist seem to be a little rough and my gums was pretty sore. I wanted along time in the office and a really long time in my chair in the back waiting to have my teeth cleaned. I think the office was a little to busy for one hygienist and one dentist. I will try the office one more time to make up my mind if I want to keep them. I did like the office, dentist, and all the office help. Just want to have my teeth cleaned the next time by the hygienist. Overall-I rated you all good except for the wait. My appt was 1:00 didnt leave until 3:50. My appt was a basic first time with x-ray and cleaning. Thank you!

Entire staff was wonderful. Absolutely love my new dentist. She is fantastic.

We really enjoyed our semi-annual check-up and cleaning. This says a lot since practically no one ever wants to be in a dental chair!

My experience has been a very positive one. I am thankful for the great dental work and gentleness of Dr. Ly. I will have to have a return visit to reshape fillings, because my mouth was too numb to process how my bite was feeling. But I have been encouraged by Dr. Ly that I should not hesitate to return if that was the case. I am looking forward to sending my husband here and returning for regular cleanings. Thank you!

Not sure,, I have dental insurance and get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. Really like this better than no plan before and never getting my teeth cleaned possible every 6 years. Thanks,

I was on a time crunch had to be home by 11 so my husband can go to work and everyone got me out of there on time. I give you guys an A+++

Little pricey but a class operation!

I liked the visit. I was very happy. My wife is up next. We will be steady customers.

The time lapse from the x-rays, the exam to the prophylaxis was two hours. Much of that time consisted of waiting. The new office decoration is eye pleasing but not functional: Time entry is required to sign-in, but there is no clock anywhere. There is no place to hang outerwear anywhere.
