My favorite book is Daring Greatly by Brene Brown, and everything else written by her. I lean more towards podcasts than TV shows. My favorites include Huberman Lab, On Purpose with Jay Shetty, The Moth, and countless true crime shows.

Biography

I am a Southern California native who truly appreciates the Golden State, especially the coast. Outside of practicing dentistry, I spend much of my free time exploring the outdoors, cultivating my vegetable garden, and attending Los Angeles Kings games with my husband.
