Smile Generation®-trusted offices are committed to protecting your health and safety – it is our number one priority.

Steps We Take To Keep You Safe

Our main goal has always been to protect the health of our patients, team members, and community. We are members of the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP) and consistently follow the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)’s Infection Control Guidelines for Dental Practices. We have state-of-the-art infection control policies, procedures and systems in place that demonstrate safe and infection-free oral healthcare that meet or exceed the CDC’s Standard Precautions for Dental Practices.

Pre-screening

Before your appointment, we will reach out to ask some screening questions. We will ask those same questions upon arrival of your appointment.

Protect yourself

We encourage you to utilize our hand sanitizer, wear a mask and continue social distancing for the near term.

Mouth rinse

At your appointment, we may ask you to pre-rinse with peroxide which has anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.

Sanitize

We sanitize every touchpoint after each patient interaction.

Two Ways To Access Your Dentist

Teledentistry, or virtual screenings, allows you to set up a live video appointment with a dentist. You can also schedule an office visit to see a dentist in person.

Stay Informed

How should I protect myself and stop the spread of germs?

Sanitize your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.  If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

• Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, then throw the tissue in the trash.  If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve or elbow, not your hands.

• Stay at home when you are sick.

• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

• You may be asked to put on a face mask to protect others.

• What should I do if my child feels sick?

If you or your child are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please inform our team members and we will kindly reschedule your appointment.

• Fever/Headache

• Coughing/Sore Throat

 • Shortness of Breath/Difficulty Breathing

• Chills/Sweats/Repeated Shaking with Chills

• Nausea/Vomiting

• Chest Pain or Respiratory Symptoms

• Muscle Pain

• New Loss of Taste or Smell

Where can I find the latest information on COVID-19?
