I have lived in South Central, Los Angeles. I have an AA and BSN in nursing from Mt. Mary's College. I received my MSN from UCLA and post-master's FNP degree from CSU Dominguez Hills. I also obtained a master's degree in medical anthropology, and PhD in US history from the University of Memphis.
